Terms
The short, honest version of what using RightNow means. No legalese walls.
What RightNow is
RightNow suggests family outings — places and events near you, matched to your children's ages, the weather and your time budget. Suggestions are ideas, not bookings or guarantees: we don't sell tickets and we're not affiliated with the venues we suggest.
Your account
RightNow is for parents and guardians — you must be an adult to use it. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it (and everything in it) anytime from Settings → Account.
About the information we show
Opening hours, prices and event details come from public and third-party sources and can change or be wrong. Double-check what matters before heading out — especially anything safety-related for your children.
Fair use
Use the app for its purpose: finding outings for your own family. Don't scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our responsibility, honestly
We work hard to make suggestions good, but the app is provided as-is: outings happen in the real world and remain at your judgement and responsibility. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are untouched.
Ending things
You can stop using RightNow and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, and we'll say why unless the law prevents us.
When these terms change
If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change applies. Continuing to use RightNow after that means you accept the updated terms.
The formal bit
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, and Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction — without reducing protections you enjoy as a consumer in your own country. Questions? Email legal@rightnow.lu.
