Email privacy@rightnow.lu and tell us what happened, which phone or browser you use and, if you can, what you expected to see. Please never send us a password. For questions about our terms, write to legal@rightnow.lu.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start using RightNow straight away, without signing up. An account is only needed if you want to keep your family and saved spots when you switch phones or use the web app.
Where is RightNow available?
RightNow suggests family outings in Luxembourg, Belgium, Lorraine in France and Saarland in Germany, and you can use it in your browser at app.rightnow.lu.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see how to delete your account without it.
What happens to my data?
We only use what the app needs to suggest outings. Read our privacy policy to see what we collect, why, and how to export or erase it.
